Sound Factory järjestää jälleen kerran lauantaina 30.9.2023 underground henkisen konemusiikki-illan pitkän kaavan mukaan.
Tapahtumaan on tulossa soittamaan useampi DJ, joista pääesiintyjät ovat pitkän kokemuksen omaavia artisteja myös musiikin tuotantopuolelta. Musiikkia on luvassa täydet kuusi tuntia.
Myös yökerhon sisustus rakennetaan uusiksi tapahtumaa silmällä pitäen. Decot ovat osittain täysin uusia ja osittain myös omaa tuotantoa. Valaistus tullaan myös muokkaamaan juuri tämän teeman mukaiseksi. UV-valot ja UV-decot on vahvasti läsnä.

Ensimmäisen kahden tunnin ajan musiikki on progressiivista house ja progressiivista trancea. Puolenyön maissa selektiot siirtyvät psytrancea kohti ja loppuilta tykitellään kunnon full on psykeä.

NEBULA MELTDOWN BIO:
Nebula Meltdown is Kristian Aro, a versatile artist/dj from Helsinki, Finland. He has a long musical background, listening to classical music since he was very young and playing the piano for many years. He got interested in electronic music when he was 12 years old, finding his way into psychedelic trance and various psychedelic downtempo after going through many styles of electronic music. After dreaming of composing for a few years he started to make his own tunes in 2000 and is still on the same road.
He has created many different styles of music from soaring UK-style psytrance to oldschool-influenced Goatrance to soothing downtempo and psybient. He is very precise in having a red line to follow throughout his tracks an Dj-sets, taking the listener into places and is always fine-tuning his music with careful precision. During the years he has put up some memorable trance events in Finland and travelled around Europe, Russia, India performing hundreds of gigs. One of the pinnacles of his career has been the performance at Boom Festival 2014.
Since 2009 he has been a label dj for the famous Belgian goa-trance label Suntrip Records. 2022 brought the long-anticipated release of his 2nd full-length album, called ”Gloria in Excelsis Lumen”.
Riding the globally expanding and increasingly popular wave of psychedelic trance he is always perfecting his sound and skills as a Dj, combining various styles together in the furnace of the Universal Consciousness.

DIFFAS BIO:
The real heavyweight club DJ who is located now in Finland and has been djing since 1998! You can find him playing lounge sets, groovy and funky house stuff but also progressive house and trance sets are nothing new to see. He has produced lots of own tracks and remixes that have been played djs all over the globe. Behing the aliases like DLM vs. Diffas, Arqumart and Bay City Stompers.
In this event Diffas will play a two hour opening set of carefully selected progressive house and progressive trance tracks to set the vibe of the night. After his set the music will move to psytrance sounds and higher BPMs.

OODEEJ BIO:
OODEEJ on kajaanilaisen Sound Factory Bar & Nightclub yökerhon talon oma DJ.
OODEEJ aloitti soittamaan 90-luvun alkupuolella ja soitti ensimmäiset isot keikkansa vuonna 1995. Alkuun OODEEJ soitti lähinnä breakbeatia, housea, trancea ja underground technoa.
Erilaisten musiikkityylien fanina oodeej:n DJ-seteistä voi bongata lähes kaikenlaista konemusiikkia. Setit onkin rakennettu ilman genrerajoja ja niistä löytyy niin uutta kuin vanhaa elektronista musiikkia. Yhdistävä tekijä on hypnoottiset biitit ja vahva underground viba.
OODEEJ oli tänä vuonna esiintymässä Kosmos Festival 2023 tapahtumassa ja soitti DJ-keikan samalta Gravity lavalta kuin mm. Rinneradio, Business City, Rafi of Kallio ja Milla303. Kosmos Festival on yksi Suomen suurimmista ellei suurin underground tyyppiseen konemusiikkiin erikoistuneista festivaaleista. Tapahtuma järjestettiin 21.7. – 23.7.2023 ja oli loppuunmyyty.

NiN0 (Nino Kihlström, Sound Factory Bar & Nightclub Resident DJ):
NiN0’s first touch to jogwheel happened almost 2 decades ago, in 2005 when he fell in love with trance and house music from 90’s and beginning of 2000’s. The road started from local nightclubs when house, drum ’n ’bass and trance were hammering through the scene.
There are hundreds of nights behind the decks and multiple of clubs where NiN0 has played in these years. NiN0 was also one of the organizers of huge clubnights named Konehuone and Kellari between 2010 and 2018 in former nightclub Club96, in Kajaani, Finland.
In this moment NiN0 is the resident DJ in Sound Factory Bar & Nightclub which is the only underground nightclub in Kajaani.
NiN0 has also shared the stage with the biggest names in Finnish clubbing scene like DJ Orion, Proteus, Milla Lehto and Tempo Giusto just to name a few.
NiN0’s guestmixes has been aired in finnish national radio YleX and also in DoubleClab radio.
”It’s all about driving beats and stunning melodies!” like NiN0 uses to say when the question is about the music in his DJ sets but trance and techno are the closest genres in his heart.
Nowadays you may expect the harder and techier side of trance with uplifting and also psychedelic melodies in his sets.

MACK13 BIO:
Mack13:n innostus elektroniseen musiikkiin alkoi varhain 90-luvulla. Alussa tyylit olivat Jungle ja Drum n Bass. Vuonna 1998 kuvioihin tuli mukaan Psytrance, Goa Trance ja kotimainen tuotanto, myöhemmin myös sen soittaminen.
Nykyään Mack13:n DJ-seteissä kuullaan erityisesti loppuiltaan upeasti sopivaa tyyliltään darkimpaa Full-On Psytrance tykitystä.
